• All payments to be paid in full 10 days prior to your pet sit date ( No exceptions) and can be made by cash/ direct deposit /credit or debit card – details are on our invoice. No personal cheques please.
• All clients receive a Tax Invoice once your complimentary meet and greet is complete or within 48 hours of booking and any further costs incurred during pet sit will be invoiced at completion of pet sit.  Any further meetings required  prior to care will occur a $15.00 admin fee.

Keys (if access to home is needed) need to be given at time of meet and greet unless other arrangements are made. No keys are to be left outside the home for collection, this is for your own security.
A $10 Key pick up/ return charge unless other arrangements made.

•  A 20%  deposit of total pet sit fee is required for bookings under 7 days care. For bookings of over 7 days care or more a  50% deposit is payable once our meet and greet is complete or upon receipt of your  invoice. No booking can be confirmed until the required deposit is paid. You can pay your pet sit fee in advance over time to suit your budget if you wish to do so. Please discuss this at our meet and greet. 

• Our Daily Care Visit for Dogs includes cuddles, feeding – with complimentary 20 min *walk if needed or playtime (walks are subject to our schedule and weather conditions – Christmas Day/ Good Friday no walks are carried out – $35.00 per visit – fee will vary dependant on your location and we offer discounts for long term care.
• Our Daily Care Visits for Cats includes cuddles feeding and litter tray cleaning commence from   $35.00 per visit (for up to 2 cats ) depending on your location .
• Additional Pet (Dog/Cat Etc ) $8.00 per day /Additional visit per day ( classed as 2nd pm visit per day)   $15.00.
• Extended Daily Care Visits with longer walks/’ playtime please enquire.
• Overnight stays (aka as our ‘pawsome’ tuck in service ) in your own home for those pets needing that extra special care is from approx. 5 pm – 7:30 am-can include a short walk/outside play or toilet breaks and basic housekeeping is included. This is our most popular service and bookings in advance are essential.
  Fees start from $75.00 per night for up 2 pets / additional pet $5.00 per night.
• Overnight stays for Dogs @ our caring Sitters’ home is $40.00 per night – for 24 hour Care – Owner to supply all food, treats, bedding and toys – all dogs MUST be desexed, toilet trained and MUST be cat friendly and non barkers. Additional pet $8.00 per night . All dogs receive daily walks and playtime fun in the safety of our fully fenced homes and air conditioned pet friendly homes.
• Pet pick up and drop off to our homes available (if outside 10km radius from sitter’s home ) for additional $20 please advise if needed when booking. Discount rate for long term boarders.
• Casual Doggy Day Care available upon request – $25 per day per dog – All dogs must have basic obedience training, be toilet trained, ,desexed, fully vaccinated ( C5), be flea and tick treated, microchipped and be cat and child friendly and recently bathed.

• All Dog walking fees to be paid in advance fortnightly or monthly. Details on invoice.
• 30 minute Dog Walk/play $20 per walk
• 40 minute Dog Walk/play $25 per walk

• Any additional Dogs per walk $8 per walk/per day

Bookings are essential and subject to a meet and well behaved if suitable to be walked on leash only- no off leash walks.

Worried about your pet during storms or extreme hot weather when you are at work or away from home etc.

Does your Pet need a toilet break or just some playtime or a dip in the pool to cool off throughout your working day?
Have us visit and do a quick check up on your pets’ safety and well being $25.00 per visit dependant on location – great during our heat wave Summer Days and storms.

We love all creatures great and small and know they are just as important to you too.
We will also pet sit your small (pocket) pets and the larger ones  plus the more exotic pets too –  Horses, Goats, Rabbits, Guinea Pigs, Ferrets, Mice, Fish, Birds including Chickens $25.00 per visit. This fee is in addtion to any other domestic pets being cared for at same address.

Additional visits per day $20.00

Service includes the cleaning of all feed/water containers/cages/tanks/hutches and replenish bedding, feed your pets and cuddles given too plus we can collect eggs if necessary.

$35.00 Pet Taxi to local Vet/Groomer within 20 km radius ($1.20 per km outside this – waiting times will also incur additional fees )

Bookings essential.

Emergency transport to Sydney for treatment at SASH or other would be $220.00 and will incur wait times also. P.O.A.

At work or out for the day, we know you will be worried about your new puppy or kitten being home alone!
Daily check up includes feeding/fresh water daily/litter tray cleaned/poop scooping service lots of cuddles, play and feed – fees start from $20.00 per visit dependant on location. Gosford local Wards only.

Bookings essential and payable fortnightly or monthly in advance.

$15.00 Surcharge for late bookings (less than 24 hours notice except in special circumstances)

A $10.00 Surcharge will apply if an extra visit is needed that is not scheduled in- eg extra visit required not booked in.

• A $10.00 Surcharge will apply if pet food is needed to be bought by us.

Please always ensure you adequate food/treats/litter available for your pets prior to going away.

•  Deposit – a credit will be issued in lieu of cash refund and to be used within 12 months from date of cancellation.
• 72 Hours or less notice given then full fee balance will apply and no cash refund issued – Dependant on circumstances a credit maybe issued to be used within 6 months.
• No cash refund issued if you return earlier than your original booked date- dependant on circumstances a credit maybe issued.
• More than 7 days notice given a credit for full pet sit fee will be issued to be used within 12 months

All pet sitting jobs will be at the discretion of Paws N Claws Pet Sitting Services and we reserve the right to not to proceed with a service if an animal or location is deemed unsuitable and any fees paid maybe refunded at our discretion. Any changes to your original booking or address are subject to our availability and schedule and extra charges may apply.
